PARTY ROOM
Our party room rental offers a variety of entertainment options to make your event special! With a 4000sq ft space, the room can comfortably accommodate more than 100 guests. We provide a snooker table, poker table, mahjong table, board games, karaoke, and a projector with 15ft projection. Our JBL audio equipment ensures your music sounds great! Additionally, the room is kept clean and is even pet friendly. We also feature a fully equipped with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, so you can easily prepare food for your guests. We also have a 25ft wide cyclorama, one of the largest in Hong Kong for capturing special moments.

Previously, we only offered commercial rental for professional shooting, however, we have now expanded our services to include party space rental. What's more, our space is pet-friendly so you can bring your furry friends along too! If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience, The Lobby is the place to be.

Max. capacity for each rental is 5 pax. Each extra participant will be charged $50/hr.

Powder rooms are rented separately if customers only rent the Cyclorama. The rate is $100/hr per room.

An additional $500 charge for re-painting fee for cyclorama(if required).

If entrance or departure time is earlier than 7 am or later than 11:30 pm. We will charge an additional $500.

An additional $500 charge for Public Holidays (Including Sunday).

An additional cleaning fee of HK$500 will be charged if the cyclorama is left with stains.

The rental package includes 3 C-Stands, 3 SK400II flashing lights, and softbox and umbrella.

Full payment before the booking date is required as confirmation.

Deposit is required. It will be refunded within 3 working days after departure provided if there is no loss or damage to the studio.
